Yes, donations to OpenLaw Foundation are tax-deductible. As a registered non-profit, all contributions are compliant with tax laws. After making a donation, you will receive an acknowledgment receipt which can be used for tax purposes. This is done automatically through our chosen donation platform Zeffy.
No, our work is only currently available in the following US states: Florida, Virginia, Texas, New York.
There are numerous ways to volunteer with us, but most of the volunteer roles are for lawyers who are willing and able to do pro-bono work. Aside from that, we are open to other ways of supporting the foundation through marketing, PR, or more. Our current volunteer opportunities are listed on our website, and we encourage anyone interested to apply.
