"Mrs. Rojas provided me with a great sense of security and reassurance after the first five-minute conversation we had. My court date was previously scheduled and it fell between dates that Mrs. Rojas was not going to be in town. However, she appointed her wonderful associate, Mrs. Garza to take on my case and represent me the following week. Mrs. Rojas continued to reach out to me personally, to check on my well-being, and how things were going in preparation for the case. She was always professional, and friendly, and showed genuine interest in me as her client. Mrs. Garza went above and beyond for me. She patiently listened to me as I tried to articulate 7 years of ups and downs related to my case in a conversation. I never felt like anything I shared was insignificant. She was very thorough in explaining the legal process ahead and answered all my questions. Mrs. Garza even called me when she was home sick to clarify our plans the day prior to the hearing. Thankfully she was feeling better, or at least brought her best game face because the next day she absolutely rocked! The turnout exceeded any expectations I had, and I am truly thankful for her dedication to ensuring the best for her clients! "This lawyer has done nothing but jerk my cousin around in her divorce. The way she talks is unprofessional. Zero accountability. She's says she won't be slandered but slander is when you say something untrue. This office did nothing but communicate balance due. My cousin had no advice on what to do or how to handle this situation. She had a hearing and this lawyer or her assistant waited almost day of to tell my cousin the hearing wasn't happening, where was the communication?! Can you imagine not only your ex jerking you around but then spending thousands on a lawyer who won't tell you what to expect at a hearing, leaving you scared and anxious, no questions answered, and then "oh hey btw...we aren't doing the hearing tomorrow." How is that ok?! They would ask for the same information repeatedly and charge every time. They said they would look into billing and never did only for Ms Rojas to say she had covid almost a week later AFTER asking about my cousins balance again. Divorce is a messed up process for a lawyer just to be asking for money and saying nothing else and expecting their client to be ok with that. The correspondence is super unprofessional, she sent a long email "defending" herself but that was longest correspondence by cousin ever received and it wasn't even about her divorce...sad. Sad that clearly this is about money when my cousin is going through one of the hardest situations in her life. All this lawyer had to say is "I'm gonna get to it, I had covid." "The other lawyers are saying xyz, and this is how we're gonna handle it." Say something! There was nothing! So there's No excuses. This is not slander, it's what happened and it's a terrible way to do business. Judging from the previous reviews, this lawyer doesn't take accountability at all, save yourself some heartache and take your business elsewhere."

"Aida billed me .5 hours for every phone call- calls I had records to show were less than 5 min long and should have been billed at .25: she also billed me a rate that was not even in our contract and then refused to discuss the bill with me. She did not even credit my retainer my account until I emailed and called her 8 times. She was supposed to give me a billing statement monthly and did not give me until 5 months later after I emailed 3x, called her office 3x and called her personal cell twice. I give her one star for the work she did. I was unprepared for hearing and had no idea I would be asked to testify or what questions I would be asked. I was ill prepared because she was ill prepared."
