"I've been doing this for 35 years. I've always chosen to work for sole practitioners because I didn't want the "politics" that you find in large offices. In 2016 I decided to against what I have always done and give a larger firm a try. Best decision. They are one the great places to work for in Dallas. My perceived notion of a large firm was shattered when I started working here. I would recommend everyone to apply they are interested in a place that truly challenges you but are always there when you need them. If you don't want to give your all you won't fit in here!"
