"Nice guy, very knowledgable of immigration matters. I give him a hard time sometimes but you need to when you're in a pinch. He is open to fee negotiations specially for recurring customers. Know that he is super busy, so you need to fight for his time - he has always kept his appointments. It has been hard to get hold of him recently however. I will continue to keep the review updated."
