"I returned from a business trip to return my rental car only to find that my personal car had been smashed to bits while I was out of town. I had been told that where I'd left it was safe and I was in shock at seeing my beautiful car destroyed. That car had memories for me. What was I going to do? How was I going to get to work? After talking to Armen's office I was reassured that they would take the police report and coordinate with the insurance companies. Just hearing them say the words I started to relax a little.
