"Don't waste your time with these people. There is no follow through and Kelly, the assistant has a bad attitude. 1) For my real estate transaction, I had to call the HOA to follow up on documents that attorney Sellers requested, only to find that the request was made very late, which jeopardized my closing. The law office waited too long and expected the HOA to drop everything at the last minute. 2) They closed my deal at 1:30 and waited until end of day to tell me, which they knew would jeopardize me obtaining homeowners insurance. Luckily my real estate agent found out in advance. 3) They represented the seller and buyer on this transaction, which should have reduced cost to both, but they didnt. Billing for each (seller and buyer) was the highest I ever saw on any real estate transaction and I am an agent in Chicago area.... Just dial their number and the way you are greeted will tell you how you will be treated..... Find a firm that cares about the people they represent..."

"The receptionist had a very snippy attitude, starting with questioning wether I really did call at 10:20 AM and wether I called the correct phone number, when I stated that no one answered the phone and I had to leave a voice mail which was not returned. Then she tried to school me on the difference between a weekday and a weekend when I told her that I had sent Ms. Sellers an email on Sunday. When I finally did speak with Ms. Sellers with some questions about a letter I had received from her, she spoke very fast and with a southern accent and threw in a slew of legal terms so I had trouble following what she was saying. I had to stop her and ask her to please explain in layman's terms, as I am not a legal expert. She was more concerned with her billable hours than she was with answering my questions. Not a good experience at all. I do not recommend this law firm."
