"Im late putting this on Yelp. This happened to me a while back. I had heard that others were treated the same as me. Thats why I'm writing this now Terrible attorney. Great guy when I first met him. Took my money, stretched my bankruptcy out asking for new checking account statements every 4- 6months and then after a few years cancelled my case without calling or texting me. His pit bull paralegal Candy sent a one time email knowing I didn't do email. And they took me for thousands. Do not use this attorney unless you like losing money. He's always in Marianna anyways. And they seem to want all the money up front . When I finally got an envelope from them I thought it would be showing that my bankruptcy was finally finished. Instead, it was a letter saying they no longer wanted to finish my legal matter and it said they would refer me to another attorney. I tried to call and talk to Mr. Wynn and he wouldn't ever take my phone calls. He would put his assistant on the phone and she was rude and overbearing talking Street me. When I tried to ask her a question, she kept going at me saying I was trying to argue with her . Without letting me get more than 3 or 4 words out of my mouth. Totally unprofessional."

"This guys a crook and his paralegal is too! Said he could help me-less than two days later said he couldn't- and that he already did all the work for my case and wouldn't give me my money back (despite not even having all my documentation yet) ignored all logic and reasoning on my part to prove why he should give me my money back. You have to pay in full before they start working on your case- so I would go to someone you can trust and it ain't this firm!"
