"Cheryl is an outstanding attorney. After meeting with her for the first time, we knew we had the right attorney to take our case. After my mother passed, we discovered that her husband had filed a Quit Claim and moved the home into his name and into his trust. When he passed a month later, he pass...ed the home to his brother. I was contacted by his attorney who wanted to get the house sold ASAP. We were able to delay the process until we found Cheryl who started the communication with the other attorney. Cheryl was amazing. She took control of the situation and handled the other attorney with strength. Cheryl knew the law and interpreted the trust according to the letter of the law.
