"The people at the law firm are very nice but unfortunately they do not fight at all for compensation for your injuries. The case has gone on for over three years. The whole time they pressed me to "settle" for very little compensation. When I finally got so tired of the whole ordeal and realized they did not intend to actually do work on the case I did sign their settlement papers and they have had my release for about three months. The guy who totaled my car has my release and the law firm is supposed to have the money but I have nothing. The lady who is supposed to be handling the case tells me one story and the attorney tells me another. She ( Shelay) is never in the office- always out sick or just out and does not return phone calls. The attorney tells me and entirely different story. As far as I am concerned the settlement is null and void because a contract is only good if both parties get something and I got NOTHING but a trashed car and a bad neck."
