"I never thought I'd be writing a review about a lawyer that would amount to anything other than a rant. As a matter of fact, I am a big fan of nasty lawyer jokes and that infamous Shakespearian quote, "kill all the lawyers". But today I am making an exception because Denise Trerotola came into my life and changed my opinion not only about lawyers and the legal profession itself, but she may well have diverted my plan to leave the country for good. Let me just say I did not divorce Muammar Gaddafi, but his evil twin...in the form of a UCLA-educated, now-disbarred attorney. In a family law charade spanning nearly two decades I spent so much time in court fighting for justice for myself and four children, that I considered becoming a Spanish translator. Over seventeen years I hired several 'highly recommended' attorneys, a forensic accountant and enlisted the 'help' of the Department of Child Support Services. I wrote to the US Attorney, and went so far as to send a letter to the office of Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. HA! Just at the point when an organized crime figure was beginning to look like a viable option, I was referred to the Law Offices of Denise Trerotola. Ms. Trerotola is the Lara Croft of attorneys... dressed to kill and poised to win. Whereas my persona in court was that of a shrinking violet, Ms Trerotola was Bella Donna. Humorous, intuitively smart and well versed in the ways of the world as well as the courtroom, Ms. Trerotola will knock your socks off with her ability to stand her ground and think on her feet. After two victorious rounds in court where I had the long awaited satisfaction of watching my ex foam at the mouth , crash and burn, my case settled and my heart was set free. I still kinda think the only good lawyer is a dead one, but I have a special place in my heart for Denise T. Hire her. She's awesome."

"If I could give less than a 1 star I would. This Attorney ruined my life. She was completely incompetent with my case. I was accused of battery. I had an actual police officer as a witness that I was innocent that she (My Attorney) sent home and not allowed to testify on my behalf unbeknownst of me at the trial. To make matters worse, I was thrown out of my own house due to these false accusations. The person who accused me took over my house while I was thrown out on the street!! Imagineyou own a home, and a person that is in your home makes false accusations against you, and you actually have to leave your own home. So, I gave several thousands of dollars for Denise Trerotola to represent me. I was terrified. I had 3 police officers throw me out on the street and said if I come back to my home and go within 100 feet of the person that falsely accused me, I will be arrested. Then after being thrown on the street, I could not go back to my house for at least 2 weeks and only with a police supervised escort. When I finally went back into my house, I was only allowed to retrieve my personal items and only within 2 hours with everything I owned. When I went into my house my clothes everything was ransacked. This crazy woman who falsely accused me of hitting her had already stolen taken what she wanted of mine for herself. She also took my shoes and threw out the mate, so I was left with only one shoe for each pair. She then took brand new shoes of mine and took the heels broke them, and walked through mud. I was a complete victim of crime. All these years traumatized. I trusted Denise to represent me and prove my innocence. I'm a Registered Occupational Therapist and this could have taken my license away to practice. Never in my life have I gone through such a traumatic experience. The reason I'm writing this now? Because this case was several years ago, and I stayed silent. I'm writing this now because I just found out the woman who accused me of hitting her she's a convicted felon and has been to prison for Robbery!! Plus, also drug possession!! And Denise Trerotola never did a background check!! Till this day I believe I still have a restraining order that was permanent and never taken off. Is it fair to me to have fake charges against me or even a restraining order in the court? Making me look like I'm a violent offender? You wonder why someone wants to go to law school when they are not even smart enough to do a background check to prove their client innocent."
