"I used Don for a difficult civil matter. I met with him in his Palm Springs office. We discussed the matter and he assured me that we could move forward and recoup some money. The matter was more complex than I anticipated but Don's legal pressure began to warrant action from my ex. Her attorney began to see that this matter would not be resolved without some sort of monetary agreement. Don finally got a settlement and the matter was resolved. The costs was reasonable as attorneys are not cheap (at least not the good ones) I was very pleased with the outcome and I continue to utilize Don when we have legal questions. He has always been available to me and has been a Godsend when I have legal questions. Don is solid attorney who is honest, available and fearless I was happy with my choice and so will you!! "I called Mr. Holben's office and talked with the receptionist about a specific situation inquiring whether he handled such cases. She was very cordial and said she would pass this scenario on to Mr, Holben. He not only called me back, but called a second time and left a message with his contact number so that I could return his call. Once I did connect with him via phone, he spent about 10 minutes with me inquiring about my specific situation. He then advised me on how to proceed with a more correct lawyer for this case. I have called several lawyers and he was the only one that personally returned my call, spent time to generally review the case and did not charge a fee. He was kind and genuine. I felt respected,"
