"Terrible representation on a personal injury claim. Hired Mr. Pearcy and spoke to him once which was a feel good conversation., I was led to believe that was Pearcy was going to represent me. Didnt fimd out my case was possibly handed off the evening prior to 1st deposition. No evidence was used,no witness and no additional witnesses were spoken to. no legal protection during deposition, lies about multiple thngs between myself, Mr. Pearcy & his legal secretary. This entire case has been a joke leaving me injured for life. Do a search and you find other complaints. This man won me as hiring him because he has an office in Kerrville and most people from there are honest and care about others.. He definitely isn't originally from the hill country or he completely forgot about why he gained my case. Save yourself many tears, frustation and look elsewhere.. One complaint or experience should be enough to have you look elsewhere.. Good luck & God Bless you."
