"I needed legal representation for my son and went with Severo Law firm based on reviews I had come across and their perceived professionalism upon meeting with Raoul. I should have researched more before giving them a 5 figure retaining fee. Raoul Severo and a leading attorney, Dave, promised we would have one lawyer and that lawyer would be out to visit with our son within the week. Once this company got their money they dropped the ball.That lawyer, Lawrence LaRocca, was our lawyer for one week and never saw our son. LaRocca reassigned us to Pridham Grenville but promised he would help with the case. Lawrence did not tell us that Grenville had been suspended by the bar several times for failing to file motions for clients and even left a client with no representation. All of this can be confirmed on the CA State Bar website. It took Grenville 2 months to meet with our son. This was the first and only time he meet with him. He came to court illprepared each time and he never objected to the D.A.'s motions or accusations. He failed on all levels to advocate for our son. Throughout our case we had to constantly call and leave emails for which we were charged as much as $200 or more. Pridham Grenville did not even show for our son's last court date. DO NOT go with this law firm. Do your research!"
