"I would give this Attorney a ZERO. One of his clients has sued all her prior landlords claiming a harmful Mold condition inside the house that never existed. And he is in on the scam, funding the lawsuit by taking the case on a contingency. There was never a mold condition in any of the properties. Each landlord fought their cases and won. This Attorney just got his license to practice law a few years ago and is one of those Attorneys giving the industry a bad name. It is amazing that there is no law against these scammer Attorneys doing this. Be aware, Enrique Dominguez-Cruz is out for money and will find a way to scam you too. These are the Attorneys you want to run, not walk away from as fast as you can. These are the guys that come and go and usually lose their license from dishonest dealings. I am surprised they still exist and continue to scam."
