"On may 16, 2020 I was arrested and charged with one felony and two class A misdemeanors one of which was a D.W.I. My girlfriend contacted Mr. Benavides seeking help on what we could do to get me out. Eric was VERY sympathetic and helpful. He immediately picked up the case even before the first payment and got to work. I was in there for close to a week before Mr. Benavides was contacted. After contact I was out the following day. Eric has been extremely helpful throughout this whole ordeal, every phone call I send his way will be answered or returned immediately. Mr. Benavides got to work and was able to get me approved for pretrial for ALL three cases, something he has said only seen once before in the past 13 years. Pretrial is essentially like probation except without a guilty plea, meaning after the supervision period all three cases would be dismissed and up for expungement to be erased off my record. I can sleep at night knowing things are going to get better and this one mistake wont affect me for the rest of my life. I would HIGHLY recommend!!!"

"Eric Benavides is an efficient attorney, well respected in the courts who gets things done. I'm so grateful to him for all of his help with my case. Initially, I had a different attorney that was recommended to me by a family member. So I started this process blindly with my first choice but after nine months of no progress on my case, I started to look elsewhere. Google comes into the picture, because I ran a google search on the DWI program that my first attorney was hesitant to tell me about and Eric's was in the top 3 in my google search but I really liked his informative website. That was more information on one click that my other attorney never fully explained to me. Then, I called to make an appointment with Mr. Benavides and with a quick five minute phone conversation, I had more information on how to move forward since this whole thing started. My case is now dismissed and I can now move forward with my life.
