"My daughter was suffering after the accident so much and he contributed to the suffering by him and his wife being extremely rude and disrespectful. He was on speakerphone multiple times with us (I am always with my daughter especially after the accident) when he quit twice verbally and still didn't let go of the case, he is still listed as her attorney. We found her a good attorney as parents we want what's best for our daughter, but he couldn't take over the case, because, the second the insurance offered $15,000 for my girl, Eric refused to detach himself from the case, knowing he is entitled to $5,000. We can't pay all of her medical bills it's simply impossible, they are too big. My girl can't get another attorney now it's very devastating for parents to watch this."

"Beware of RUSSIAN SCUM attorney. My wife was driving and I was a passenger when we were severely rear ended. The insurance of the person who hit us approved a payment of $15,000 for my wife and none for me YET. Eric and his wife (it's family Russian little business who leads business like they are still in Russia) REFUSED to work with me until my wife signs the document for receiving her $15,000 (which would guarantee the lawyer getting his portion of $5,000 which is 33%). Yes, it should have been a red flag, but we just wanted to finish this and STILL continued working with him and his wife. We lost the document to sign because it was in my old email. We called for 4 weeks strait asking for a copy of that document to sign. He never called back he said he simply won't work with us until my wife signs the document. My wife called the insurance who owes us $$$$$ to see if Eric the attorney was still attached, we thought he dropped us because he wasn't answering (who would ignore clients for 4 weeks straight) The insurance refused to talk to us because he was ATTACHED to the case, and legally they can only talk to him and ONLY HE can remove himself from being our attorney. This attorney is still attached to our case to this day, after he was fired a few times over a year ago for treating us very disrespectfully. First time we fired him he didn't detach himself from our case. Second time we fired him he is still attached to our case. And he said yes I'm attached because I knew you'd come around... Then, (after 4 weeks of calling and leaving urgent messages) he picked up the phone by himself and we explained that we want to sign the document we asked to "please send it to a different email". He said ok. He calls us back within minutes saying he drops the case because we called the insurance and asked for him to be removed (knowing damn well it's impossible because only the attorney can remove himself from the case, clients can't even talk to the insurance once they have a lawyer), which isn't true we needed to make sure he isn't ignoring us, which HE WAS! The girl from the insurance company said she never said that.Third time he refused from our case, but guess what, he is still listed as the attorney for our case. When we call the insurance who owes us $$$$$ they refuse to talk to us because HE IS LISTED AS OUR ATTORNEY! It's been dragging for years!!! Just please value your precious time and find legal advice somewhere else. Progressive which is our insurance said to GO TO CALIFORNIA BAR ASSOCIATION because he owns us interest for withholding our payment!!! We are filing a complaint tomorrow because it's a holiday, but BEWARE AND GO TO REAL ATTORNEYS who give a damn about your procedures and medical bills!"
