•"Eugene Chiarelli told us initially that he felt he "may" be able to resolve our case within the initial retainer of $5000. However, after 3 months and over $15,500 spent, all we received is contact information on the opposing lawyer with zero resolution. We had to fire Eugene as it became clear that we were being taken advantage of. Eugene knew exactly how to "work" our case slowly as the "meter" ran and milk our case for all he could. I have personally gained more ground in 3 weeks with the opposing attorney than Eugene did in 3 months' time. What an expensive lesson to learn about attorney greed."
