"Holly worked with my case for a little over three years regarding divorce and child custody. Though we never met in person our virtual communications made everything so much easier. Her and her staff were very responsive to my calls and emails. It took a long time, multiple court dates, so much paperwork, multiple mediations, and it was really rough during those 3 years. Holly always reassured me and reminded me that gathering proof and documentation takes time. And she made sure that I would review documents and edit them if needed which I appreciate such a type of communication. She is proffesional, caring, and also straightfoward. She won't sugarcoat anything but she will do her best to make sure the outcome is most suitable for you and your family since the decision at the end of the day is up to the judge (and hopefully the judge is having a good day). I believe we spent over 20,000, which was not what I expected (since I had never had to acquire an attorney), but I am so glad I did acquire an attorney rather than try to do everything myself. She knows the ins and outs of her type of practice and can answer all questions with fine details. Never once did I have to file paperwork, draft paperwork, or go infront of the judge (other than for the mediations or final court hearing). She also knows how to defend her clients considerably well during the court hearings. I wish Holly all the best success with her buisness, she truely is an attorney who will have you best interests in mind and who cares!!"

"After my husband left me by surprise and being completely blindsided with divorce papers on a Friday afternoon after work, I had only a matter of hours to have a divorce lawyer lined up by Monday morning. I quickly called 3 or 4 divorce lawyers in the Collin County area and had brief phone conversations with them. But, I must say my conversation with Ms. Holly E. Fuller was very distinct. "I hired Holly to get my ex to follow simple parenting skills. My ex filed for full custody we were in a full custody fight. As we all know there was a lot of character assassination from my ex and her friends and even her attorneys paralegal. Really hard to deal with the negative in a small town. Holly was very supportive and kept an uplifting attitude about it all. Very encouraging thru out all of it. I am a 50 year old single dad of a beautiful 10 year old daughter.
