"Talking to an attorney can be intimidating, but Pinkham & Associates made it anything but. I worked with Doug Pinkham a few years back, and had a consultation with him again recently, and was reminded why this is the law firm I will always come back to if/when legal representation is ever needed. I refer my friends/family to Doug because of how taken care of I felt - not to mention they are badass FINISHERS. Thank for you going the extra mile and providing support and care in these hard situations. Because you are so good at your job, I hope I never have to see you again! :)"

"I chose to work with Pinkham and Associates after a consultation with them about going through an amicable divorce with specific ethical concerns I had. Pinkham and associates was very thorough and addressed some things that opposing council had tried to slip through, and had I tried to do this on my own could have caused me problems. Even being in an amicable divorce situation that was not necessarily as complicated as many I felt I was given the professional attention of a high dollar client. Also everything was accomplished quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend working with Pinkham and Associates."

•"I originally retained Pinkham and Associates to assist me in my unfounded Domestic Violence case that was successfully dismissed in March. Jessica Cha was my attourney. The strange thing about it was no matter what opposing council would suggest we take, my lawyer would urge me to accept it pretty much as written and scare me of the further consequences if I didn't. Shortly after (like a week or two) my exe wife found a full beer can in a backpack dropped off by my mother. Jessica Cha immediately told me I would likely lose all access to my children and took no interest in defending or pushing for a more fair agreement. Instead ms. Cha suggested I accept a one sided custody agreement providing me with 6 hours on Sundays and 3 hours on Tuesdays, with monitored visitation breathalyzer tests, among other things. I am out of work and fully available to watch my children, but apparently this didn't matter. She suggested we take the agreement in its entirety in the hopes that after a few months we could return to a 50/50 custody agreement like we had at the beginning of this year. this was April 9th. While this was going on my exe wife immediately put forth a settlement agreement that was not backed up with any information about our finances. Finances I was never privy to while I was married and the opposing attourney essentially indicated if I didn't sign them they would seek more restrictive parenting time and the cost of the legal case would likely increase substantially. Out of fear of losing any financial stability and access to my children I buckled under the pressure. To this end I asked for the custody to be temporary and recognize that my finances were causing me to make decisions with inadequate information. I asked at least for the financial issue to have some strings so that she could pay the settlement to me once the refinance was filed. There were no such strings. I am living on a bed on the floor of my parents home with no income filing disability and barely seeing my kids while I scrounge for pennies to pay for a breathalyzer test. I have never been charged with an alcohol or drug related crime. I have never been diagnosed with alcoholism and no doctor of mine has ever said I was unfit to care for my kids. She is holding my settlement money under the guise of unpaid child support. My disability has run out. She has refused to follow any mediation agreement And the next court date for custody and visitation is scheduled for April, 11 2022. until then it remains unchanged. I have now gone from 50/50 custody in January 2021 to less then 6%, no in December and I pay $150 a month to blow a breathalyzer every 4 hours. I must have a monitor with me on the drive to and from pick ups. She has slandered my name across my children's schools and daycare claiming with out any facts that I am a drug addict and alcoholic. She hides doctors visits and vaccinations from me. I am running out of friends willing to be my monitor, and every-time it appears she is willing to let my boys see their dad she quickly pulls back. Essentially the agreement Jessica Cha suggested to me would only be temporary will be in effect in its entirety for at least a year, which is by no means temporary. It is now December, I have no money, my disability has run out, and I see my kids about 16 hours a week. I have been asking for the court to do a Child Custody Investigation since April to examine her claims of me being an alcoholic or a drug addict, this has never been done. I will be paying another $1000 dollars to the court for this with money I don't have. I have not had a day in court for any of the issues I have been facing since the beginning of this case. and every attempt I make through self help or other means has been blocked by failure to pay court fees or covid-19. I should have never listened to Jessica Cha. Every attourney I have spoken to since her has told me that the outcome of the case would have been different if we had just stuck to our guns and asked for a motion to stop the default. We should have agreed to nothing and went to court. As of right now I am another $20,000 in debt with no end in sight to see my children on a regular basis. DO NOT TRUST THIS LAW FIRM. They do not have your best interests in mind, and they will not fight for you. instead they will massage you into laying down and accepting whatever it is your exe is asking for. The emotional, and financial toll this law firm and its unwillingness to fight for me left deep scars for the rest of me and my children's life. I can only hope time will heal. If you value your family, if you value your friends, do not recommend these thieves to anyone. I cannot sit by and watch them do this to another family. I wish they could see my boys faces wondering why it's been so long since they've seen their dad. I am horrified daily, and listening to them haunts my dreams. This is no exaggeration."
