"On vacation in California, my parents were in a horrific accident leaving my mother on life support, father badly wounded, and my sister and I not knowing what to do. The other commercial driver being at fault, and underinsured, we were told to obtain an attorney and given many names to call. I thought of my friend of 10 years, John Torgenson. John had always been someone I respected with kind character and charitable actions. Not wanting to make such a big decision solely based on the personal connection, I gave him a call to discuss the situation. John immediately gave me confidence in his capabilities to protect and advocate for my family and most importantly my mother. He flew to California the next day, investigated the accident site, contact all parties involved and gathered information.
