"Law Office of Katherine Kraus, PLLC I wanted to share my experience using the Law Office of Katherine Kraus. Divorce, it is difficult to say the least (one of the most difficult things to go through) but you need a team to help you through the process. Katherine Kraus is not like other attorneys where they want to get involved in every little detail. Her and her team want to make it as easy and affordable for you as possible. Some attorneys try to have you use them for every little thing possible, not with Katherine. She was very easy to work with and she streamlined everything with my divorce. These are my points as to why I feel this firm is as legit as they come..... 1. They don't nickel and dime you. Most people will blow their retainer before you even get to the table to discuss allocations between you and your ex. Not the case with this law firm. She streamlined the process for me from the get go and came up with a plan as where my ex's attorneys looked for everything possible to be involved in the divorce. 2. Responsive, they get back to you asap with any questions, you won't be waiting long for an answer to any questions you have. 3. The paralegal team is amazing, I will say "KC" is the most responsive person I have worked with. I do work professionally with the legal system and her paralegal team is by far the best out there. This is key when retaining an attorney, most people overlook this. "KC" handled most my matters instead of having to get the attorneys involved. This is key because it will save you money in the long run. If you have a great paralegal team, they can handle most your matters. 4. I never felt any financial pressure from this firm, they worked with me instead of me working for them. 5. When you need an attorney to get involved in a situation with the divorce, Katherine is there, no questions asked. I couldn't be happier with her and how she got back to me on the different aspects of the divorce. Divorce is tough (very difficult) but you need a team to be in your corner. They won't bleed you out of money and they make clear and logical decisions. They have the best paralegal team out there. I had my trust in this firm from the beginning and I have had nothing but positive things to say throughout the whole process. I was able to work directly with my ex on a lot of aspects of my divorce and they were there to support me in this process and only got involved when I needed them. Most attorneys want to be involved with everything which will cost you an arm and a leg. My advice, retain your attorney, let the dust settle, and come up with a plan, don't let emotions (I know this is easier said than done) do the legal work for you. I highly recommend Katherine Kraus and her legal team. Don't retain an attorney to nickel and dime you, get a team to support you and this is the team."

"I have spoken with Elizabeth Langford for consults twice now. She makes me feel so much better and I can't say how much I appreciate her advice and trust her to tell me when I'm on the right path or when it's time to act. There's no price I could put on this piece of mind. I have had another attorney who's team changed and dropped the ball and became uncooperative after years of a good working relationship. I worked with another after that whom I paid to begin to put things in motion and then they did nothing. When I next contacted them they acted like I did not choose to move forward previously, despite us signing paperwork. Due to their lack of action I moved forward elsewhere. I simply cannot express how at ease I feel after talking with Ms. Langford. I feel confident that when and if it's time to take legal steps, it will be based on my and my family's best interest. She's not just out to make a buck and I don't feel like she sees my issues as unimportant (as minor as they may be compared to other cases she sees). I can't recommend her and this office enough! "Katherine and her staff are experienced and knowledgeable, and they are reasonable with their fees. I highly recommend them, whether you live on the wild west side, or elsewhere. I also like her office because there is always plenty of parking, and I never have to valet my car."
