"spoke with Darren Cohen who clearly needs to study the law better. he doesn't do a good job at actually understanding the case, nor doing the due diligence to read what has been written by other professionals. you're better off using ChatGPT and verifying with your own research. He was convinced that my case wasn't valid because of the term "wages" invalidates any legal liability from the company. But upon further research, via the ABC test in CA, as well as the IRS's definition of wages applying to contractors; my case indeed does stand very strong. I listed 5 reference cases that only further strengthened my case. Will hide behind the concept of "malpractice" with giving you information that would clearly discredit him, as well as unable to provide any proof via related cases to back up his misplaced arrogance . look elsewhere for a holistic solution. my contract didn't say I couldn't sue the company, it just said that I couldn't hold them liable for my negligence. Which would've been known with care to read"
