"Mark doesn't find it financially worth his time, to assist lower income individuals. Special needs trusts must come with a percentage given to the attorney for the responsibility of maintaining the trust. From what I read 2,000 to 5,000 to setup a trust is just the beginning, as the attorneys also must get some percentage yearly for account maintenance.. Friendly secretary."
