"My friend and I are being evicted under the ellis act so we went to the SF tenants union where we met and talked with Michael Astanehe . He let us know our rights and told us we could put in for a extension of time to leave our apt as the property owners were giving us only a couple months. We got our extension and relocation money. We were named in a countersuit by the property owners and once again Michael was there to help ! The countersuit was tossed in court . Things were made so much better knowing Michael had our back. I highly recommend him when you need a Lawyer !"
