"I was referred to this firm after being in a two-car collision in Napa (I'm originally from Sacramento and my dad gave me the name of someone who then referred me to Hank Grenblatt). In what seemed like a pretty cut and dry accident that was no my fault, I was getting nowhere with the treatment I needed through the other driver's Stat Farm representative who wanted to settle quickly and for as little as possible. I'll admit I waited longer than I should have to contact an attorney because I, naively, assumed that since I wasn't at fault I would be taken care of. Wrong. From the moment he took the case, Hank guided me on getting the car I needed and dealt with the absurdity of the State Farm lawyer who was unprofessional in every sense of the word. Hank dealt with numerous twists and turns on this very straight forward case. I'm finally getting the care I need and received a settlement from the responsible party's insurance as well as a settlement from my underinsured motorist policy. It took almost 2 years to get here, none of which were the firm's fault. I feel like other places would have out my case on the back burner or given it less attention since it was a "small" payout in comparison to many.
