"We were referred to an attorney at NM Law to gain conservatorship of our 19 y.o. autistic niece. The original estimate was $5,000 but due to the very strange way that the San Francisco courts operate, they had to re-do paperwork multiple times that would have been acceptable anywhere else in CA. They also rang up $$ because the court forced them to search for our niece's mother, who abandoned her and moved outside the USA with no forwarding info. Affidavits from her ex and her family were not acceptable by SF -- oh joy. So yes, it cost over double the estimate, and they could have thrown their hands up and told us to go elsewhere -- but they didn't -- they played the San Francisco game with unlimited patience. And they won. Yee-haw!"

"Samantha and Noelle both were excellent counsel for the issue I needed to attend to, and even in a highly-charged situation, Samantha remained the voice of reason. My primary counsel for this was Samantha Smith, who is someone I would recommend for any Trust or Will situation. When another attorney recommends them to you, you take their advice and go with the person they know and trust, and that is exactly what I did. They are excellent at their knowledge, as well as their professionalism in handling situations that are difficult. As I stated before, I would recommend them for any estate issues you may have."

"I'm truly shocked that anyone rated Noelle or her firm anything less than five stars. I've known her for years and I not only trust her with my estate planning, but I've sent a half dozen or so friends/family to her when they asked if I knew anyone good in this area. She's friendly, compassionate, funny, and knowledgeable. The most important things to me in shopping for a lawyer in this area are: (1) do they do ONLY this area of the law (lawyers who "do it all" tend to be mediocre at all of those areas); (2) do they handle the paperwork end AND the litigation (if you don't write the documents, you won't properly litigate them and if you don't litigate them, you won't write things that will stand up in court); and (3) do they have a practical approach to problem solving that they can explain in easy to understand terms. Noelle exceeded my expectations in all of these areas, which is why my family would not trust anyone else with our estate planning matters. I'm certain that my children are in the most capable hands when my time comes and that gives me a tremendous peace of mind. To me, she is literally the BEST!!!"
