"Cole and Cole law is a exceptional law firm. They cater to your needs. Richard Cole answered all my questions quickly. He returned phone calls promptly. He helped my father through a bankruptcy. My father was a veteran. He treated us with dignity and respect. Thanks for helping my family."

•"Horrible. Do not use them. Richard Cole will not return calls. His secretary said he will not call you back. We used Legalease to book appointment. Met with him on 7-19 and completed the paperwork. They kept it and never called back. Secretary implied that he will not call due to us using Legalease. Totally unprofessional."

"Please do research before hiring this attorney!! This is a copied text from my Google review: Worst attorney ever. There is a reason his reviews are so low. Every single email I sent him he lost and needs me to resend and never wants to do anything and gave my ex any the requested. When confronted about it he quit. It was clear he just wanted the retainer and that was it. My new lawyer is competent and lucky it looks like I can fix some of the things Mr coal did. Don't just take my word for it. Look at the other reviews and just for fun, try to find a worse reviewed lawyer in Sarasota. Biggest waste of $5k only hired because he was partially covered by my insurance. I wish I did some research, don't make the same mistake I did."

•"Working with Attorney Richard Cole was an absolute nightmare. This guy is a greedy, unresponsive leech who'll bleed you dry faster than a vampire in a blood bank. Communication? Nonexistent. I had to grovel like a peasant to get my own trust account funds back--outrageous! He strong-armed me into a settlement deal, only to turn around and demand more cash to enforce it, like some shady con artist running a scam. Cole's only talent seems to be dragging things out and squeezing every last dime from his clients. Avoid this bottom-feeder at all costs--he's a disgrace to the profession."
