"My personal story is unique with my lead legal representation, Mr. Richard Preira. My name is Raquel Soto-Catalano and I wrote the Florida Bill and created the non profit to help families going through divorce who have children with disabilities, PESC (www.pescfamilies.org). Families who have children with disabilities face many barriers and experience hardships that many other families do not face. Common examples of barriers are a physical or educational environment that is not accessible. An environment Parents need tools to navigate especially when divorced. My Lead Attorney on my divorce was the Amazing Richard Preira.
