"I'm surprised to read some of the reviews on here, as my experience with this firm was unbelievably positive from beginning to end. Not once did I question their expertise and help. You walk in, and the warmth and kindness exuded from the staff including front reception to Richard is not typical of most firms. They are warm and friendly and treat you with kindness and respect. They are not just attorneys, they are like therapists too. They talk you out of worry, fear or concern. Richard is like family to me after having gone through this process. He's a standup guy and will protect and defend you like you are family to him. He is a very warm, and empathic attorney with many years of experience, and he has quite the sense of humor that helps put you at ease during very stressful times! "If you want a law firm who will treat you like family, you definitely should come here. Sullivan Law & Associates listens to you and empathizes with you. Richard, Christine, Maria, Tiffany and Danielle have been nothing short of amazing. They definitely challenge you but only want the best for you and your family. I love that the team gives me options and makes me critically think. Going through a custody case is definitely not on my bucket list or should be in anyone's, but I've had to go through it two times now and every time, Richard and team has been there for me. You are definitely paying for the expertise here, but worth every penny. One thing when looking for a lawyer, you have to go with someone you know is going to catch your Hail Mary...
