"My son was accused of battery of a young lady simply for touching her elbow while he was simply asking her to explain why she decided to swap position with another employee. I can not understand why our DA wasted tax dollars on even bringing it to trial. The law firm did an excellent job simply pointing out that the jury should just use common sense! "I rarely struggle for words but I find myself doing just that as I attempt to express my gratitude for this amazing, professional, knowledgeable and unique law firm. When I was researching law firms in the area for my son I called a few different attorneys and two called me back. Mr. Shepard was one of them. As a mother I was having a really hard time worrying about what was going to happen to my son. Without going into detail on the experience from beginning to end I will tell you that this firm went above and beyond what was expected not only from this firm but any law firm I have ever used in the past.
