"I live in the Lakeside Green Homeowners Association No. 9, Inc. (West Palm Beach, FL) community and want to warn other homeowners about my extremely negative experience with this law firm, which represents our HOA. During 2024-2025, I faced complete disregard for my official requests, violations of my rights as a homeowner, and what I believe to be potentially fraudulent actions involving property documentation. In my case, I discovered serious inconsistencies in the title records, questionable amendments to HOA governing documents, and a clear conflict of interest between this law firm and the HOA board. I submitted notices, filed an Emergency Motion in court, and tried to resolve the situation legally--but received only silence, delays, and pressure in response. It appears this firm does not act in the interest of justice, but rather protects internal abuses within the HOA, at the expense of homeowners' rights. I strongly advise against working with this law firm if you value transparency, fairness, and the protection of your property rights."

"I can't think of a bigger group of phoney's and scumbags. They used to call themselves Backer and Poliakoff in order to confuse the public that they were somehow related to Becker and Poliakoff. I believe they were compelled to change the name to whatever it is they call themselves now. Our Association hired this clown show, grifter firm and we have been mired in nothing but useless losing legislation that only benefits them financially and a couple of lucky homeowners. Stay far far away from these grifters. There are plenty of mediocre law firms in Florida to choose from why choose the worst. We did. Do your due diligence. At least one of there attorneys has Jonathan Yellin has been reported to the Florida Bar."

"The worse! Our condo association is giving serious thought to reporting him to the Bar. He messed up badly on the rewriting of our condo docs (which he charged handsomely for) and it has caused us much headaches. His fiduciary is with our board and not with our association. Then he had the nerve to charge $1 to fax us his published professional rates when we had a billing question!!!!! If there was a "no star" option I would have selected it. Check out the bogus first review sent by John M who has 14 positive reviews of other attorneys. That is soooo Backer."
