"Sarah was a bull and stood up for me! My heartless former landlord was trying to charge me for all these costs (including rent!!) after I had moved out. I tried to argue with the landlord myself but wasn't taken seriously. I was worried about being taken to collections over this. I felt helpless. I asked her to step in and help. She read all the documents that I had and agreed that what the landlord was doing was not ok. Once she fired off a couple of very strong letters, the landlord quickly backpedaled and cancelled all the fees. I am so happy I contacted her.
