"If you have a Workers Comp. case this is the place to go to. I highly recommend Golden and Timbol. This has to be one of the most competent and amazing Law Firms that I have encountered. I dealt with Servando Timbol and he made sure my case was handled properly and that I was treated fairly and I received a very good settlement. Even after the case was settled I've had to call on him a few times for a few issues regarding things after the case. "The Best Law Firm That Handles Your Case Professionally And With Care I was injured at work over 1 year ago. Through all of this I had dealt with such an unprofessional, none caring law firm SOLOV & TIETELL With this law firm I knew very little about my case, I was always calling and could never speak to the lawyer himself, I was always transferred to voicemail, Are I would speak to unprofessional paralegals that could not give the right information upon my case and when I received important information I would fax or walk those documents in to that law firm but some of those documents was never summited to thee appropriate party. This office was a night mare they were so unprofessional doing my deposition one lawyer was late by more than an hour I never even received a call from the law office to confirm that there would be an issue with this lawyer being late. I was so in pain, pissed and confused that day I could not remember half of anything that I was ask from the defense. I had to be rescheduled for a second deposition Through all of this I still held on thinking things would get better situations only got worst. I could not take anymore of the this office unprofessional misconduct behavior I had to seek a new law firm. I want to make sure that everyone knows how awesome everyone is at Golden & TImbol. The day I stepped foot into there office I knew this was a very professional law office and the one for me. Yes I am so grateful for such wonderful Attorneys and staff at Golden & Timbol. "I have had the misfortune of having been misrepresented by Perona, Langer, Beck, Serbin, Mendoza & Harrison a law firm that I was connected to through Larry H. Parker phone line. I can't express the extent of my misfortune of horrid representation through those crooks! I never seen an attorney until the day of court, then I did as I was told and delayed the case because they wanted to squash another accident (a hit and run on the job) on top of it, delaying the entire process. I believe when they found out I am actually injured, with nerve damage, atrophy in my leg and back injuries and that I wanted to be healed they figured they could take the deposition money and run. They left me high and dry. I was devastated... It's bad enough I am fighting my own health issues for the last 28 years, but to have these snakes come along and set me up for a fall was more than I could take, I was at the end of my rope... I feared I had no other options then to end it all, I can't even begin to think what it would be like to live the rest of my life with these injuries not being treated. Then at the last hour (so to speak) I was lucky enough to find Golden & Timbol. This firm is legit. The other firm never let me speak with an attorney, even when I called numerous times asking to speak with one. Golden & Timbol however had me speak with one (Matthew M Nietschke) and he was not only helpful, but also sympathetic to everything I've endured with these injuries. He took my case, even though the other firm nearly milked it dry. When I speak with them, they are always professional and kind, nothing like the 6 headed monster Perona, and crap...... Golden & Timbol, thank you so much for giving me hope, for helping me to continue treatment! You guys are the best, and I really want to do anything possible to return the favor!"
