"I needed help with a relatively simple bogus RO filed against me. I spoke with a young attorney who recently passed the bar who ran me through the procedure and costs (1/2 hr time). It required a large significant payment just to meet after the initial phone consult but I was scared and had no choice because I had never been through this process so I paid them. I had 2 brief (1/2 hr) meetings before the court date to review my very comprehensive documents. I received misinformation from my inexperienced attorney & usually received responses & their apologies to my emails several days later. The staff (albeit polite) also made numerous errors, including sending me another individuals unrelated case via email! Once in court, the judge heard the evidence and promptly dismissed request for and RO against me. The whole process lasted 5 minutes, excluding wait time. Had I known how the system worked here, I wouldn't have even needed an attorney. Post court day, they also prepared several standard documents for what turned out to be another court date. I wasn't even aware of the necessity of the 2nd date since it wasn't explained to me correctly in the first place. So if you don't mind getting hooked up with a newbie, inexperienced (albeit polite and very well dressed) attorney and their assistants, this is your place. I figured my costs were over $2,000/hour and I wasn't even offered a partial refund."
