"I felt compelled to write this review! I want anyone in the state of California looking for an injury lawyer to be so BLESSED to have this firm stand behind them! I urge you to stop looking. You're going to waste your time anywhere else. Sure, everybody says that in reviews when they are happy with a company. I'm not just happy. I feel like I had my own family fighting for me and they wanted my suffering to stop. Most firms and lawyers are a bunch of hot air and lots of ego!! Let's face it. But when you have a lawyer go above and beyond to make you feel cared about and like you are family, then you want only the same for others. Mr. Sherwin Arzani was more than my lawyer, he was on my side and wasn't settling no matter what. I never felt rushed and I could tell he genuinely cared about me from his hard work, phone calls and keeping me completely informed of everything going on. I was in a very severe accident. A man on his phone, driving towards a backed up off ramp, did not stop and was going 60+ mph blindly hit me from behind without breaks!! I was at a complete standstill. He did not care to help me and took off from the scene. I tried having friends and family talk to the insurance company and saw extremely quickly that I needed an attorney. They wouldn't give me information like what my benefits were. So I looked up Citywide Law and that was the start of my road to recovery. From the day I called, I felt nothing but compassion and understanding from the entire office. I had to wait 2 days to call them as the whiplash locked my jaw shut!! They took the frustration and headache of dealing with the insurance company off my hands that day, right then and there. I knew without a shadow of a doubt they could be trusted to take this on for me. Their kindness, as well as, professionalism are OUTSTANDING!! I had to immediately begin seeing doctors. They made all my appointments. I was thoroughly taken care of by their professionals. As I was not getting better with the treatments, I was sent out for further testing. We found I have lifelong permanent injuries. Mr. Arzani called me to discuss what to do and he was clear, thorough, and professional. From the news of my injuries I was very saddened that I will have this for the rest of my life. We were on the phone and he listened to me express my pain. Not just physical pain but the suffering that has come from this man stealing my life from me.....I can handle pain. I can handle suffering, but when you can't play with your kids anymore like you could before you feel a huge sense of loss and he was very supportive. Yes!!!! "As a businessman, I have dealt with many attorneys throughout the years. I have to say, Citywide Law Group is, by far, the best experience I've ever had! A little over a year ago, I was a passenger in a vehicle that I ordered through a ride-share app (one of the HUGE ones), and the driver was driving erratically and dangerously, which led to us getting into a pretty severe accident. Afterward, I was experiencing severe pain throughout my body, and, while I'm not a litigious guy, I was getting the runaround, not only from the ride share company, but also from their insurance company. A close friend of mine recommended Citywide Law Group, and told me that he was represented by them in a slip and fall accident. From the moment I contacted them, I was extremely impressed with the level of care and comfort that they gave me. The more questions I asked, the more I realized that the attorney handling my case, Sherwin Arzani, was truly a professional and expert in this field of law. I was kept well-informed and given great advice all throughout the duration of my case. The thing that really amazed me though was that, whenever I called for an update and mr. arzani was in court or not available, the case manager on my case seem to know exactly where we were as far as status. In addition, there was even times where his partner, Mr. Naimi, would get on the phone with me and give me information on my case as if he was the lead counsel. I can't express what an awesome feeling it is to have three professionals working on your case at once. Not only did I received excellent medical care from the various doctors that worked on me, the firm also handled all communication with all the other parties involved, which was great because it allowed me to focus on getting better medically AND allowed me to keep my focus in life on my main priority, running my own business. After my medical treatment completed, and my pain was resolved, they began negotiating the settlement of my case. To be honest, I had no idea the value of my case, and I was shocked with how much money they were able to recover for me (to put it in perspective, I own my own business and do pretty well, but the attorneys were able to get me waaaay more on this one case than I make in 2 years combined!).
