"Last year I was hospitalized from a car accident. I haven't had an injury that has required a lawsuit so I asked around and came up with a couple names. Ball and Bonholtzer was the first office I went to and I got really good vibes. When I met Eric he really knew his stuff and walked me through the whole process of a personal injury lawsuit. I didn't have personal insurance so he was able to recommend me to a few physicians on a lien which worked out really well. It was a long process but I was offered a reasonable settlement from the insurance--and I was inclined to take it but he actually persuaded me not to settle because he believed that we had a great case. So we took the case to trial and he fought like crazy for me. And we won! It was a really good experience--well as much as it can be for a lawsuit--and I'm very happy I went with them.
