"My son was hit by a car as he walked home from school, it threw him 35 feet in the air and the car then proceeded to slam into a nearby building. I was glad my son was alive, although with a broken leg and scrapes and bruises but he was alive and I was so thankful. I did not consider hiring a lawyer or filing a suit against the driver because after talking to her I realized she was full of regret and very sorry.
