"Steve Campora promised a widow and 4 children to help us with a wrongful death suit in 2004. Joey Cardinale was killed in 2003 and my 12 year old son was terribly injured. Steve promised to take the case on pro bono ... when In 2006 he said after learning that We would receive a settlement that he and his partners had decided they had to charge me $33,300 dollars. So, basically I walked away with $3000.00 more than he charged. He promised that in the long term we would receive a settlement from the sale of the defendants home upon their death I could help my kids. Well, unfortunately.... he didn't do the research. So, after having to ruin my children's life by having to tell my children their Dad was never coming home... next 13 years later I have to look into their eyes and tell them the settlement we expected for 13 years is never coming. Steve was profit over truth.... he lied. I ruined my children 16 years ago... I was the messenger. Now, I have to destroy them again. It's not about the money it's about what we fought for. Steve, this is your fault... how do you sleep at night? We do get a Christmas card every year from Steve with the wrong children's names. Steve, you created a whole new nightmare for me and my children. You have no conscience. Shame on you."
