"To start off, I had a really bad car accident someone else was at fault, but there was a fatality, and I had no idea what to do the next day let alone the first week. I was completely lost like, my car was totaled, and I didn't know how I was gonna get to work. I was concerned about the fatality because I had soo many fears, and what ifs about what was going on. Fortunately, my dad gave me his lawyers number, I had a meeting with Jeremy from Buckmaster & Ellzey who referred me to Bill, and Laura from Chanfrau. They took the weight off my shoulders, They were concerned with trying to help me out with my totaled car, with the stress, anxiety, and PTSD I had just undergone. They set me up doctor appointments which I wouldn't have known where to start, and sent me to get xrays, and just tried their best to help me out. They were in contact with me the whole time weather it was Laura, or Bill's' office. I had a good experience with the doctors. Ended up having a herniated disc as a result from the accident, and being in your 20's I never knew what it meant until now. Its no joke, and I'm glad I was able to hire chanfrau because Laura sent me to a doctor that helped me out with my injury. I was prescribe some steriods for my back, and it made the biggest difference. Overall, Chanfrau & Chanfrau was more important about helping me with my health, making sure I was mentally good and providing me some help with getting some money for my car back. I can't be more happy with their service. They don't annoy you with phone calls, but when they call you they tell you exactly whats going on, and point you in the direction that helps you. I have referred a few people to their office who I thought needed their help as well. In the future I will use this office, and refer other too, if the unfortunate happens. "You should absolutely call Kelly Chanfrau-Baily if you are hurt in an accident or have a workplace issue.I just settled my car accident for high six figures. I had a discectomy and also a prior back injury and lawsuit from a car accident. So just because you have had a prior injury does not mean you can't get a settlement. Her paralegal Laura is also amazing and very aggressive with these adjusters. I was an emotional wreck because this is the second time I have been in a serious accident. Kelly and Laura were with me every step of the way even on Sunday when it happened. They are so caring and compassionate about what you are going thru. This is one of the biggest decisions you will ever make so make it wisely. They also got my family member high six figures a few years before me."

"I must say what a wonderful experience I had with Chanfrau & Chanfrau. They truly care about the individual not just the case itself. I had a four year long case and not once did I have to contact them about what was going on with my case. Their communication whether it was by phone or email was great.
