"I was fortunate enough to find this law firm after a year of disappointing and stressful searching. I had consulted with malpractice attorneys across the country and had no success. It was not an easy case and our circumstances were rare. My son was injured during pregnancy and as a result now lives with cerebral palsy. He had a very long and complicated case. Bostwick & Peterson was by my side the entire way. It was an incredibly painful process and they were kind, supportive, and prompt when answering my questions and responding to my concerns. I had developed a very close professional relationship with Mr. Peterson as our lawyer. He was kind, empathetic, and honest throughout the process and always kept me informed. They took the time to see his case through and even met with us to see how he was doing. They were amazing and we would not have been able to get through it without their hard work and dedication. "I contacted this law firm regarding a car collision that caused a driver to drive under the bed of my truck, dragging me into the street and slamming my truck into a parked vehicle. The police report holds the other driver at fault. I was contacted by some legal assitant named Kate, an unfeeling and cold email response was sent declining the case, when I tried to speak to her the receptionist claims that the case did not meet the standards of the law office who only represents major injury, catostrophic cases and that even though myself and 81 year old mother were injured. my mom was in a nursing home for two weeks, was not enough to get the law office's attention. My opinion is that the law office rely's on the over inflated and unreliable support staff who makes decision based on their personal opinions rather than that of a educated, trained and experienced attorney. I have another attorney available and will pursue relief. I suggest that anyone who solicits this law firm go to another firm and get their assistance before dealing with this law office. The Law Office of Bostwick & Peteson is full of hype and misleading concerns and compasion about the right's of victims. I will also be sending my concerns to the places who have given them accredidation for their so called high quality of representation.
