"I was recently served with a lawsuit from American Express for an unpaid balance. I received Michael Metzner's letter of solicitation in the mail before I was even served with the official lawsuit. My initial thought was I would just call and most likely hang up very disappointed. However, to my surp...rise, I reached Al Mays, the office manager, but I must say he is way more than that.
